Green Party Dublin candidate for Europe, Deirdre De Burca, has welcomed the release of a new EU website that provides students with information about further education training and courses across 32 European countries.
 
The website is a one-stop-shop for information on courses on offer in European higher education institutions and contains details on admission procedures, costs and scholarships available to students.

Senator De Burca said, “I welcome the launch of this new website which will act as an essential tool for Irish students hoping to study abroad.

“It is always difficult for young people to decide which college and course best suits their individual needs. The new ‘Study in Europe’ website will remove the guesswork and make the decision easier for Irish students.
 
“The site will also help Irish third level institutions to market themselves more effectively throughout Europe. This is a valuable asset for Irish Universities and will help them to attract students from a diverse range of European countries.
